Moratorium on GTB off

MUMBAI, AUG. 13. Two weeks after announcing the merger of the Global Trust Bank with the Oriental Bank of Commerce, the Government today cleared the amalgamation scheme, resulting in the lifting of the moratorium imposed on GTB effective tomorrow.
