Permanent fair of SHG products proposed

ERODE, AUG.14. The Collector, D.Karthikeyan, has said that the district administration has a proposal to have a permanent exhibition of Self-Help Group products in the Poomalai building at Perundurai road.

Inaugurating an exhibition of women SHG-products today, said that though the products possess quality, they need proper marketing. He assured the administration's support to have a permanent exhibition and in the first phase regional-level products would be exhibited.

He lauded the SHGs in manufacturing household products and urged the people to patronise the same.
