Clashes

IMPHAL, AUG. 14. Ten persons were injured today in police action when demonstrators protesting against the lifting of the Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act only in some areas of Manipur turned violent. Separate bandhs called by students and voluntary organisations were marred by sporadic violence.
