Appeal to captors

UNA (HIMACHAL PRADESH), AUG. 15. On Independence Day, the family members of Antaryami, one of the three Indians being held hostage in Iraq, have made a renewed appeal to the abductors for their release.

"We had planned to celebrate Independence Day with pomp and fervour, had our son been released by the Iraqi abductors," Ram Murti, father of Antaryami, said.Meanwhile, the relay hunger strike by Antaryami's relatives entered its third day today. — UNI
