No trading in GTB scrip from August 27

MUMBAI, AUG. 17. Trading in Global Trust Bank (GTB) scrip will be suspended from August 27. GTB has merged with Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC) last week. OBC has set August 31, as the record date to determine shareholders of the erstwhile GTB. Trades done on August 26 will be settled on August 30. If there is any shortage of delivery, it will be closed out on August 30.

The securities received in payouts have to be credited in client accounts latest by August 31. — Our Special Correspondent
