Mobile currency counters

HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad-based Anands Banking Automation, which markets banking automation products, announced the launch of mobile currency counters in two different models targeting traders, financial institutions, super markets and petrol bunks. The Korean made model JK 100 can be operated on battery/power and the second model JK 500 can be operated only on power. The second model has a currency detector attached to it. The speed of the machines is almost similar to that of regular counting machines, says a release. — Our Special Correspondent
