Five Indians nominated for ICC awards

MUMBAI, AUG. 17. Five Indian players have been nominated for the Hyundai International Cricket Council (ICC) Awards 2004. The Awards were announced by the Hyundai India president, B.V.R. Subbu, at the Cricket Club of India here on Tuesday.

Indian cricketers nominated for the awards are Rahul Dravid (Test player and Player of the Year), V.V.S. Laxman (ODI player, Test player and Player of the Year), Irfan Pathan (Emerging Player of the Year), Virender Sehwag (Test player, Player of the Year) and Sachin Tendulkar (ODI player of the Year).
