Fresh arrest warrant against Manoj Prabhakar

KHATIMA (UTTARANCHAL), AUG.17. A city court today issued a fresh arrest warrant against the former cricketer, Manoj Prabhakar, in a chit fund cheating case.

The magistrate, Srikant Pandey, while issuing the arrest warrant, ordered police to arrest and produce Mr. Prabhakar before the court by September 21, Government counsel Hari Omkar Singh said. The magistrate also said that if he was not arrested within the given timeframe, the court would be bound to issue non-bailable warrants against him.— PTI
