Notice to Niloufer ordered

HYDERABAD, AUG. 17. A Division Bench of the Andhra Pradesh High Court comprising Chief Justice, Devinder Gupta, and Justice, C.V. Ramulu, on Tuesday ordered notice in a writ petition wherein the status of affairs in Niloufer hospital are the subject matter.

The bench was treating a news item published in a local Telugu daily as writ petition.
