CHENNAI, AUG.17. A free seminar is to be held in the city on August 21 for students of classes IX to XII on how to crack India's toughest competitive entrance tests such as the IIT joint entrance examinations, All-India engineering entrance examinations, and the All India Pre-Medical, Pre-Dental Examinations. The seminar is organised by a Chennai-based Aspire learning company. Thanks to AIEEE, aspirants from Tamil Nadu willing to have a national outlook could compete for seats in several top-notch National Institutes of Technology and deemed universities, an Aspire release said. The seminar is to be held at Vani Mahal, T. Nagar (at 5.30 p.m.) The panellists include L.R. Ganesan, a stalwart in IIT coaching, Ranganathan Jothi, neurosurgeon and professor at Stanley Medical College, and N. Raghunandan, an alumnus of IIT and CEO, Indium Software.
