Partly cloudy sky forecast

The sky will be partly cloudy on Wednesday and a spell of rain is likely towards evening, according to the forecast for Bangalore.

On Tuesday, the maximum and minimum temperatures in the city were 28.6 degrees Celsius and 19.6 degrees Celsius, respectively. The relative humidity was 59 per cent. At the airport, the maximum and minimum temperatures were 28.8 degrees Celsius and 19.2 degrees Celsius, respectively. The relative humidity was 55 per cent. The city received 5.5 mm of rain and the airport 5.6 mm.

Training

Nightingale's Medical Trust is conducting a free training programme in home nursing to provide quality care to the disabled or bedridden elders and patients. The training will include theory and practical lessons and is of six-month duration. Women above 18 years, who have appeared for the tenth standard examination, can contact the medical trust at 337, 1st Block, 2nd Cross, R.T. Nagar (ph: 23548444/555).
