Teledata completes GDR offer

CHENNAI: Teledata Informatics has completed its maiden global depository receipts issue of nine lakh GDRs each at a price of $8.89, aggregating to $8 million. As per the terms of offer, there are 10 equity shares of Rs. 41 each (Rs. 10 face value each at a premium of Rs. 31) underlying each GDR. The GDRs have been listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. — Our Bureau
