Order struck down

HYDERABAD, AUG. 19. A Division Bench of the State High Court comprising Justice Bilal Nazki and Justice S. Ananda Reddy struck down the order of preventive detention passed by the district Collector, Guntur, against Jojireddy.

The Bench was allowing the writ petition filed challenging the detention of Jojireddy, who was put under preventive detention for his alleged activity in supplying spurious seeds. The Bench awarded costs for the detection.
