Innings win for Delhi DCA

CHENNAI, AUG. 20. IOC may have the firepower of Zaheer Khan's bowling but its batting leaves a lot to be desired. Facing Delhi DCA XI's 339, IOC crumbled to 140 and, following on, could make only 159 in the allotted 45 overs on Friday leaving the former winner by an innings and 40 runs with a day to spare.

At MAC: Districts 355 and 13 for one in three overs v Bihar 257 in 84.3 overs (Subrata Ghosh 57, Huzifa M. Patel four for 84, T. Siddarth four for 46).

At CPT-IP ground: Maharashtra 288 v Vidharba 301 for eight in 90 overs (Alind Naidu 109 n.o., Harshal Shitut 59, Digambar Waghmare three for 67).

At IIT-Chemplast ground: Assam 246 and 161 for four in 33 overs (Parag Das 48) v Hyderabad 206 in 75.2 overs (Shashank Nag 48, Arlen Konwar seven for 87, R.K. Yadav three for 38).

At ICL-Guru Nanak ground: CAB President's XI 239 and 191 for seven in 45 overs (Debendu Chakraborty 40) v Punjab Colts 172 in 52.5 overs (Amandeep Sonkar 42, Amit Uniyal 52, Murtaza Lodhgar eight for 64).
