TIRUPATI, AUG. 22. The call centre at BSNL telecom district general manager's office here will hereafter provide all commercial information on B-Fone, shifts, Phone Plus service details and tariffs, leased lines and Internet services, besides the regular billing details, payment particulars, outstanding dues etc. According to a release, customers can also make a toll-free call to 1991 to lodge their complaints at the call centre, which works between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. on all days.
