YSR pays tributes to Tanguturi

HYDERABAD, AUG. 22. The Chief Minister, Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, on Sunday paid tributes to `Andhra Kesari' Tanguturi Prakasam Pantulu on the eve of his birth anniversary.

In a message, he recalled that Prakasam Pantulu had dedicated his life to serve people without any motive upholding high moral principles and simple living.

Dr. Reddy stated that Prakasam Pantulu's efforts for establishing Sri Venkateswara University and construction of the Krishna Barrage were unforgettable. "Although born in a poor family, he reached high scales of success in public life by sheer hard work, dedication and commitment.
