Bail plea rejected

NEW DELHI, AUG. 23. The Delhi High Court today refused to grant bail to Vishal Yadav, nephew of D.P. Yadav, in the Nitish Katara murder case.

The accused had sought bail on medical grounds.

Rejecting the plea, Justice B.N. Chaturvedi directed him to undergo treatment for his ailments at Batra Hospital in the Capital in judicial custody.

Mr. Justice Chaturvedi also gave liberty to the petitioner to call doctors, if required, at the hospital. The accused through his counsel, R.K. Anand, had sought permission of the Court to treat his ailments at a private hospital in Noida.
