Letters to the Editor
Sir, Noticing the praise showered on Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi by members of the All India Congress Committee in the recently concluded session, you have rightly cautioned that it should not be at the cost of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh (editorial "Family matters," Aug. 24). Whether we accept it or not, the real power centre is Sonia Gandhi. Immediately after Dr. Singh took over as Prime Minister, it was rightly said there would be two power centres and that it was not healthy for good governance.
K. Vasu,
