Summons to Ambanis
MUMBAI,
AUG. 26.
A local court has issued summons to industrialist, Mukesh Ambani, his brother Anil, and seven others on a complaint by a person that he was receiving bills for the Reliance mobile though he was not a subscriber. The Metropolitan Magistrate, D. A. Joshi, Girgaon, issued the summons last week on a complaint filed by Dinesh Kotecha stating that he had received bills for the Reliance cellphone which he had not even applied for.
Advocate Nirajan Lapsiya, representing Mr. Kotecha said his client had lodged a complaint with the V. P. Marg police station and sent an intimation to the director of the company. But, there had been no response.
