Indiabulls fixes IPO price band

MUMBAI, AUG. 26. Indiabulls Financial Services is entering the capital market on September 6 with a 100 per cent book building public issue of 2.72 crore equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

The issue will close on September 10 and the price band has been set at Rs. 16-19 per share. The issue constitutes 25 per cent of fully diluted post issue paid up capital of the company.

It is being made through a 100 per cent book building process.. — Our Staff Correspondent
