"I would have liked to have scored them in the final. But a couple of goals in my last game is good too. I can't complain'', said Katrina who took her tally to 141 goals from her 252nd match. Julie Towers had put Austrlaia ahead in the 14th minute.
"The two matches we lost were to the gold and silver medallists. Maybe the pool was against us. We did the best we could'', said Katrina.

In the match for the ninth place, South Africa avoided the last place with a 4-3 victory over Spain, thanks to a golden goal by Jenny Wilson. Jenny scored two goals in the match, while Pietie Coetzee and Tsoanelo Pholo scored the other goals for the South African team.
For Spain, Rocio Ybarra opened the account while Mar Feito and Esther Termens scored goals later in the second half to stretch the contest into extra-time after South Africa had taken a 3-1 lead. Our Special Correspondent
