Not expected of Manmohan, says TDP
By Our Special Correspondent
NEW DELHI,
AUG. 26.
The Telugu Desam Parliamentary Party (TDPP) leader, K. Yerran Naidu, today condemned the Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh,'s "conduct" towards an NDA delegation and said such an instance had never happened before.
"The development does not augur well parliamentary democracy and coming from a Prime Minister, who, the other day, stressed on the need for a code of conduct was not expected of," Mr. Naidu said.
The Prime Minister should have heard the Opposition leaders more so since he had taken time to listen to the suggestions of the Left parties and made amendments in the Finance Bill before its passage today.
