Virinchi Technologies pays 5 p.c.

HYDERABAD: The board of directors of Hyderabad based Virinchi Technologies has recommended a dividend of 5 per cent for 2003-04. According to a release issued here the company registered a turnover of Rs. 10.65 crores and net profit of Rs. 3.59 crores for the year ended March 2004 against Rs. 5.59 crores and Rs. 70 lakhs respectively in the previous year. The annual general meeting would be held on September 29 here.
