PSGRKC takes title

COIMBATORE, AUG. 27. PSGR Krishnammal College for Women scored a solitary goal win over Nirmala College to clinch the title in the Bharathiar University inter-collegiate football tournament at the University's outdoor stadium here on Thursday.

In the semifinals, the winner thrashed Sri Ramalinga Sowdambigai College 7-0, while Nirmala squeezed home 4-3 against Government Arts College (Udhagamandalam).
