Facile win for JSS

MYSORE, AUG. 27. JSS College, Mysore (Ooty Rd.) registered a facile nine-wicket win over Sharada Vilas FGC and entered the pre-quarterfinals in the Mysore City inter-collegiate cricket tournament played at the Maharaja's college grounds here on Friday.

The scores: Sharada Vilas FGC 92 in 21.5 overs ( C.P. Jeevan 25, Ravi Shastri four for 33, Chetan Lakshmish three for three) lost to JSS College 96 for one in 13.2 overs ( Mithun Urs 49 not out).
