BELGAUM, AUG. 27. The elections to the post of presidents of Belgaum District Kannada Sahitya Parishat, its units in border areas, and the election of members of the Executive Committee will be held on October 31. The Returning Officer, K. Nagaraju, said the filing of nomination papers would begin on September 23 and conclude on September 30. The nomination papers would be scrutinised on October 4.
