Grievance redressal day

BANGALORE, AUG. 27. The Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (BESCOM) will celebrate every Monday and the first Saturday of every month as "Consumer/public grievance redressal day".

According to an official note issued here on Friday, members of the public can contact the following offices for complaints about power cuts, wrong billing etc.: W-3 sub division, Magadi Road (ph: 2335 5611); W-4 sub division, Anand Rao circle, (2226 3506); W-5 sub division, Mysugar Building, J. C. Road (2210 6998).
