Vamshi scores century

HYDERABAD, AUG. 28. V. Vamshi Ram (117) helped Gowtham Model HS beat Jubilee Hills PS by 107 runs in the Himalaya Chyavanprasha trophy inter-school cricket tournament here on Saturday.

The scores:

HPS Ramanthapur 74 (Srinu three for 22, Nimeesh three for eight) lost to Samaritans HS 76 for five (Naveen Nayak 32, Naveen Kumar four for 29).

Gowtham Model HS 338 (V. Vamshi Ram 117, Sai Nitesh 38, Abhista Rao 84, Asad Ali 40, Abhi Chakra three for 37) bt Jubilee Hills PS 231 (Ravi Chandra 57, Abhi Chakra 58, Avinash 34, Sudhakar five for 12).
