Governor mourns stampede victims

HYDERABAD, AUG. 28. The Governor, Surjit Singh Barnala, has described as "unfortunate" the death of some pilgrims due to the stampede at the Krishnaveni Ghat in Vijayawada on Saturday. In a message, he conveyed "deep condolences" to the bereaved families.
