HAL in last four

HYDERABAD, AUG. 29. Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) defeated Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (TNEB) 29-23, 29-14 in the knockout quarterfinals of the P.S. Sastry Memorial all India invitation ball badminton tournament on Sunday and thus qualified for the super league.

The results (quarterfinals): HAL Hyderabad bt TNEB, Chennai 29-23, 29-14, SCR bt IOB Chennai 28-29, 29-24, 29-26, PRK Fives (Hindustan Cables Limited) bt Southern Railway, Chennai 25-29, 29-27, 29-17.
