Hikal in pact with Bayer

CHENNAI: Hikal has entered into a long-term arrangement with Bayer CropScience of Germany to produce and supply key agrochemical intermediaries. Hikal has set up a new manufacturing facility at Mahed, Maharashtra, to produce these products. Hikal is recognised by Bayer CropScience as a global supplier, says a release. The manufacturing facility at Mahad uses the Ethernet based technology for process control automation using fiber optics transmission.
