SAG XI lifts title

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, AUG. 30. Sports Authority of Goa XI (SAG) scored a six-wicket win over the host Loyola Cricket Academy and lifted the title in the LCA cricket tournament here on Monday. Loyola CA scored 188 in 39.1 overs. The Goans romped home in 36.5 overs.

The scores: Loyola CA 188 in 39.5 overs (Aali Asgar 38, Akhil Patil three for 33) lost to SAG XI 190 for four in 36.5 overs (Reagan 63 not out, Akil 43 not out, Vaibhav 30).
