CHENNAI, AUG. 30. American College HSS, Madurai, rallied strongly to beat Fr. Agnel, Mumbai, 70-50 in the boys' quarterfinals of the PBA-KCB Tech all-India inter-school basketball tournament at Montfort indoor stadium, Santhome here on Monday. American College trailed 22-28 at half-time.

The results: Boys (quarterfinals): St. Peter's, Royapuram, 83 (Kevin 33, Dinesh 15, Rahul 12, Abdul Khadir 12, Jeeva 11) bt Don Bosco, Kolkota, 77 (Kevin Liao 37, Bennis Osta 20).

American College HSS, Madurai, 70 (Anand 25, Dayanidhi 16) bt Fr. Agnel, Mumbai, 50 (Adarsh 14, Farahn Ali 14).

Gokul Nadar, Salem 73 (Partiban 32, Azaruddin 10, Vinoth 13) bt St. Michaels' Coimbatore, 40 (Guna 14).
