Siddarth is champion

BANGALORE, AUG. 30. S. Siddarth defeated Nehal Agha 9-7 to claim the boys' under-10 singles title in the 3rd Talent Enhancement tennis series at the KIM tennis academy here on Sunday.

Rashein Samuel and Zubair Virjee claimed the under-12 and under-14 singles titles, respectively.

The results:

Boys' under-14: final: Zubair Virjee bt Vedant Bansal 6-4, 6-0. (Semifinals): Zubair bt Praveen Ramaswamy 9-3; Vedant Bansal bt Rashien Samuel 9-4.

Under-12: final: Rashien Samuel bt Sharan Patil 6-1, 6-1. (Semifinals): Sharan Patil bt Asaad J 9-0; Rashien Samuel bt Aditya Ramanan 9-0.

Under-10: final: S. Siddarth bt Nehal Agha 9-7. (Semifinals): Siddarth bt K. Deepak 7-3; Nehal Agha bt Vikyath 7-4.
