Passport applications cleared

CHENNAI, AUG. 30. Passport applications submitted up to the file reference number MAS/ A 017670 and received till June 24, 2004, and applications submitted up to the file number MAS/ W series through Speed Post centres (both for Chennai), and received till June 21, 2004, and applications submitted up to the file reference number MAS/ B 025967 for districts and received in the Regional passport office here till June 23, 2004, have been cleared in the week ending August 27.

Applications of minor categories submitted with the file reference number up to MAS/ F 007854 and received till July 12, 2004, and applications for renewal submitted with the file reference number MAS/ C 021320 and received till July 9, 2004, and applications for renewal issued by other offices with the file reference number V 003797 and received till July 13, 2004, applications submitted by residents in Pondicherry with the file reference number P 002226 and received till July 8, 2004, at Pondicherry and Pondicherry residents applications submitted at the Regional Passport Office here with the file number P 101155 and received till July 6, 2004, have also been cleared, says an RPO release.
