NCP camp at Kollam

KOLLAMKASARAGODKASARAGOD, AUG. 31.AUG. 31.AUG. A two-day State-level camp of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) will begin here on September 4. A 251-member reception committee with the NCP leader, K. Dharmarajan, as chairman has been constituted for the purpose. Over 300 delegates will be attending the camp. The party will be announcing its stand on the Narendran Commission Report at the camp, says the publicity convener, S. Pradeep Kumar.

Computer courses

The BSS-IT Missions at Kadappakada and at Kottarakara invite applications for various computer courses conducted in association with C-DiT. The courses include PG Diploma in Computer Applications, Diploma in Computer Applications, Diploma in Computer Hardware and Network Engineering, DTP and Diploma in Financial Management. Picketing

KOLLAMKASARAGODKASARAGOD, AUG. 31.AUG. 31.AUG. The all-party action committee will picket the West Coast Express at Neeleswaram and Cheruvathur tomorrow. This is to put pressure on the authorities to retain the stops for the train at these two places.

The train has been rescheduled and will be running as a super fast train from tomorrow onwards. The action committee wants the new West Coast Super fast to have halts at these two stations.

However, the Link Express that has been rescheduled to suit the timings of the old West Coast will have stops at these stations.
