HYDERABAD, AUG. 31. The Telugu Desam Party has accused the Chief Minister, Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, of `foisting family rule' on people forcing his brother, Vivekananda Reddy, to resign his Cuddapah Lok Sabha seat to pave the way for his son, Jaganmohan Reddy. The TDP leaders -- C. Ramachandraiah and K. Vidyadher Rao -- at a press conference on Tuesday said that Dr. Reddy was making a `mockery' of people's mandate by forcing the Cuddapah Lok Sabha by-election.
