Young Stars pips IA

BANGALORE, AUG. 31. Young Stars (Raichur) defeated Indian Airlines (Bangalore) 2-1 in the `B' division league hockey tournament here on Tuesday. Veeresh Nadagoud (36th) and Naveen Prem Kumar (49th) scored for Young Stars, while Laser pulled one back fore Indian Airlines in the 60th minute.

In another match, Pandurang scored two goals (51st and 55th) as Regal Hockey Club overpowered Young Stars (Hubli) 6-1. Velayudhan (fourth), Akash (13th), Tawade (47th) and Keshava (54th) score the other goals. Anil reduced the margin in the 32nd minute.
