Navy Chief arrives

VISAKHAPATNAM, AUG. 31. The Chief of the Naval Staff, Admiral Arun Prakash, accompanied by his wife, Kumkum Prakash, arrived here on Tusday on a three-day visit to the Eastern Naval Command. They were received at INS Dega air station by the Chief of Staff of ENC, Rear Admiral R.P. Suthan, and Beena Suthan.
