THANJAVUR, SEPT. 2. Farmers and leaders of various political parties have decided to stage a demonstration before the Collectorate here on September 21 to protest against privatisation of the State-owned Arignar Anna Sugar Mills at Kurunkulam near here.

The resolution was adopted at a meeting held at Kumbakonam today. Ko.Si. Mani, former Minister and Kumbakonam MLA, presided. Rajangam, Congress president of Thanjavur north district, N.
