GUNTUR, SEPT. 5. A Sudanese national, Mohammed (26), was arrested in Guntur on Sunday for not possessing valid passport. The Sudanese Student had come to India on a student VISA to pursue B. Pharmacy course in 1999 at Coimbatore, but due to financial problems discontinued it and in 2002 came to Guntur to pursue lab technician course in Brodipeta. The police on Sunday nabbed him near the Institute. In a separate incident, a rickshaw puller, died on the spot when he was knocked down by a RTC bus Nallapadu.
