Joint winners

BANGALORE, SEPT. 6. Dharwad Zone and President's XI emerged joint winners in the KSCA inter-zonal under-15 tournament that concluded at the Chinnaswamy Stadium here on Monday. Overnight rains and inclement weather washed out the third and final day's play of the summit clash and robbed the match of a decisive verdict.

On Sunday, President's XI scored 106 for three in reply to Dharwad's 244.

Special awards: Pavan Deshpande: best allrounder; Anoop Singh: best batsman; K.P. Rohan: best bowler.
