Khursheed for African Union meet

NEW DELHI, SEPT. 6. S enior Congress leader Salman Khursheed left here today to represent the country at a meeting of the African Union being held in Burkina Faso from September 7 to 9.

Mr. Khursheed, a former Minister of State for External Affairs, will hold discussions with leaders of various African nations and lobby for a seat for India in the United Nations Economic and Social Council, sources in the party said.
