Unacceptable

Sir, — Former External Affairs Minister Yashwant Sinha has descended to unacceptable levels of indecency in mounting a personal attack on the Prime Minister. Dr. Singh has the people's mandate to govern and any insult to him is an insult to the people.

Sir, — By quoting from mythology out of context in their tirade against their opponents, politicians not only belittle themselves but also bring into disrepute our legends. Mr. Sinha's latest antic is a case in point. The former Minister has belittled the office of the Prime Minister and the Mahabharata in one go.
