Sir, Kashmir remains the core issue between India and Pakistan and unless there is agreement on it, not much progress can be made. The two countries should minimise disagreement over the issue by adopting a positive policy of give and take.

Sir, Once again, the two delegations stuck to their traditional positions, one on cross-border terror and the other on Kashmir. The two nuclear powers must not take their diplomacy with each other lightly.
