By Our Staff Reporter

CHENNAI, SEPT. 7. Justice Prabha Sridevan, third judge appointed to adjudicate on the issue of single-window system (SWS) of counselling and admission to management quota seats in unaided engineering colleges, will deliver her orders tomorrow.

Earlier in the day, she reserved orders after hearing submissions by the senior counsel, R. Krishnamoorthy and Rajeev Dhavan, besides the Advocate-General, N.R. Chandran. The information that the order would be passed tomorrow came later in the evening.

The appeals on the SWS were referred to the third judge after a two-judge Bench comprising Justice Prafulla Kumar Misra and Justice A.K. Rajan passed a concurring judgment on all issues except the SWS.
