ALAPPUZHA, SEPT. 8. The Sree Narayana Dharma Paripalana (SNDP) Yogam general secretary Vellappally Natesan has opined that the PDP leader Abdul Nasir Maudany who is being kept in jail without proper trail and medical care should get justice. In a statement issued here on Tuesday Mr. Natesan said the statement of the Chief Minister, Oommen Chandy, that Mr Mahdani should get justice was welcome. The support of Mr. Maudany was among the several factors which helped the UDF to come to power in the last general elections with a thumping majority, Mr. Natesan said. Mr. Maudany should get an opportunity to present his case before the court, the SNDP Yogam general secretary said.
