Power shutdown today, tomorrow

BANGALORE, SEPT. 8. Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (BESCOM) has announced power shutdown on Thursday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the following areas: OMBR Layout, Dodda Banaswadi, Vijaya Bank Colony, Bank Avenue, B. Channasandra, Doctors' Layout, Pilla Reddy Nagar, parts of east of NGEF Layout, Ex-servicemen Colony, Lakshmamma Layout, Babusab Palya, Nanjappa Garden, Mallappa Layout and adjacent areas, because of maintenance work.

On Friday

There will be power shutdown in the following areas on Friday:

From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.: ITI Colony, R. M. Nagar, M. V. Nagar and surrounding areas; from 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.: Pai Layout, Uday Nagar, B.C. Industrial Area and parts of Nagawarapalya.
