Rain likely

today

The India Meteorological Department, in its forecast for Thursday, said that the sky would be generally cloudy with rain likely towards evening or night. On Wednesday, the city recorded a maximum temperature of 27.1 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 19.38 degrees Celsius on Wednesday. The rainfall and humidity were 20.1 mm and 90 per cent respectively in city. The airport recorded a maximum temperature of 26.5 degrees Celsius and a minimum temperature of 19.1 degrees Celsius. The rainfall and humidity were 6.2 mm and 68 per cent respectively.

Water adalat

The Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) has a "water adalat" on Friday from 9.30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the office of the Assistant Executive Engineer of the East-2 subdivision, Indiranagar. The disputes of consumers coming under the jurisdiction of the Indiranagar, Jeevan Bhimanagar and HAL II stage service station limits will be heard and settled in the adalat.

Telemarketing

The National Association for the Blind (NAB) has a six-month training programme in telemarketing for visually impaired or low vision persons.
