Beslan tragedy

Sir, — The Beslan carnage involving children showed that the terrorists the world over speak the same language and are bereft of any humane qualities. The West should stop differentiating between `good' and `bad' terrorists. Ghastly acts of terror perpetrated on the big and the powerful alone should not become the basis for defining terrorism.
